We went over to the Museum of Brands to attend four workshops across two days. The workshops were being filmed by the film students, for them to edit later.
We also had the chance to visit the exhibition at the Museum. I’ve attached some of the pictures I took there. I had so much fun visiting the exhibition. It was so interesting seeing how some brands have evolved through time, and seeing what kind of items were being sold as well.

Here’s some pictures of the work we did during the workshops

For our brief, we had to split up into four groups, one for each workshop. Each group would create an intro and credits sequence for their workshop video that the film students would edit. My group is doing the Sustainability in Packaging workshop.

At first, we met up as a group and decided to each make a style frame based on our ideas. Here’s the style frame that I made, I wanted to use the idea of packaging being reused, so I came up with the idea of making a biscuit tin that is reused to store sewing supplies

After having a meeting with Nicola and the rest of the groups, we decided as a group to create one design that merged all of our ideas. I took on the role of creating these style frames, I made three version to showcase what would be happening in the animation

I created a logo on Photoshop of ‘Sustainability in Packaging’ in the font that the Museum of Brands use in their official logo. I then used this for the design for the biscuit tin.
Below are the five final style frames I took on the role of making, I made it so each image would showcase the movement in the animation, sort of like in an animatic
